Lantern Procession 2024
Saturday 16th November
This year's Lantern Procession and the whole Christmas Light-up event will brighten up mid-November!
This year's procession will follow the usual route starting outside The Conquest Theatre in Tenbury Road and following the drummers through town and towards The Square.
The Bromyard Christmas Lights Switch-on is a hugely popular event and it seems likely that there will be many people attending again this year. The crowding in the square is of concern, so we are trying to organise a slightly smaller procession this year, but of course all lantern bearers are very welcome to join in!

LANTERN MAKING WORKSHOP
Saturday 9th November 1-3pm
at The Conquest Theatre, Tenbury Road
If you want to make a lantern please come along to the free workshop where you can collect your kit and decorate your lantern.
Please note: no lantern kits will be available at The Co-op this year.
LANTERN PROCESSION & SWITCH-ON DAY
Saturday 16th November

Bring along your decorated lanterns
to be lit at The Conquest Theatre from 4pm
ready for the procession.
The Lantern Procession will line up
in The Conquest Theatre car park from 5pm
The procession will set off at 5.15pm
We are looking for volunteers to help steward the procession on 16th November
